Vice-President:  Mike Cull. Mike owns Gingerbread Press and long time resident of the area.

Secretary/Treasurer of the Board: Ann Major.  Ann is a lifetime resident of this area and currently retired from Victron Energy.

Board Member: Donna Mullins. Donna is retired after 31 years from LTV Missles and Defence Systems

Board Member:  Doug Clark. A retiree and big advocate and participant for MIdlothian's annual Toy Run with the Gryphon Motorcycle Club, is a long time resident of the area.

Board Member:  Dale Knott. Owner of Shadow Creek Pumpkin Farm is a long time resident of the area.

Board Member:  Sam Hartson. Long time resident of the Mountain Peak area.  Managed the Offices of the Franklin Law Firm, now retired.

General Manager:  Randel Kirk.  Randel is a lifetime resident of the Midlothian area with 42 years in the waterworks industry. Randel Has been employed with Mountain Peak for 34 years.
